This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with our AI-powered services: VoiceCore (AI voice receptionist), EchoCore (AI personal assistant), and ChatCore (messaging assistant for SMS and website chat).
We may collect your phone number, name, and the content of messages or calls when you interact with our services. This includes text messages sent via SMS, messages sent through a website chat widget powered by ChatCore, and text transcripts of voice calls handled by our assistants. We do not store audio recordings of calls. This information is provided when you initiate contact with us or one of our business clients.
Website chat widget: to keep your conversation visible between page reloads, the chat widget stores a random session identifier and your recent chat history locally in your own browser (localStorage). This data stays on your device, is not a tracking cookie, and you can remove it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
We use your information primarily to respond to your inquiries, confirm appointments, provide customer service, and send relevant business notifications you have requested. We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be processed by third-party service providers strictly to deliver our services — these include our telecommunications carrier, AI processing providers, calendar services (when a business connects its calendar), and, for business subscribers, a payment processor. Each processes data only as needed to provide the service.
Payments: business subscription payments are handled by a dedicated payment processor. Card details are entered directly with the processor; AlphaCore Solutions never sees or stores your card number.
We retain message data only as long as necessary to provide the service.
How you opt in: By checking the optional SMS consent checkbox and submitting the contact form at alphacoresolutions.co/contact, you expressly consent to receive automated SMS text messages from AlphaCore Solutions.
